If it has been less than three weeks between the time you sent your check and you received the new bill, the check and bill probably crossed in the mail and there's no need to worry. If it was longer than three weeks, you can check your Account Status to see the date of the last payment received or call us at 1-800-255-9517, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
Please allow 5 to 7 weeks to receive your first issue.
Remember, you can print out and mail a gift card now to let your special child know that your gift is on its way.
The expiration issue of the subscription is shown on the magazine label just above the child's name. Highlights will notify you when it is time to renew your subscription in plenty of time for you to reply before interrupting delivery. You can also check your account status online.
You may be interested in transferring your subscription from High Five to the original Highlights for Children magazine, which is designed for ages 6 to 12. You may transfer your subscription by clicking here.
Highlights has multiple product lines of which our customers are not always aware; we may contact you to let you know about one of our exciting products. Also, we sometimes make our customer names and addresses available to other carefully screened companies whose products we believe might be of interest.
