    Highlights Hello magazine is a magazine for babies and toddlers ages 0-2 and their parents. The magazine's read-aloud stories, sweet songs and vibrant artwork build the foundation for a lifetime love of learning. In addition, the time parents and children spend cuddling and talking about Highlights Hello magazine will help form pleasant associations with reading, spark curiosity and build confidence.

    Highlights Hello magazine is printed on washable, tear-proof and non-toxic paper, and has rounded corners and stitched binding for baby's safety. Each 16-page issue arrives cleanly wrapped and is full of content that grows along with your child.

  3. What does a subscription to Highlights Hello™ magazine cost?

    Our prices, in U.S. dollars, are:

    1 year (12 issues/$2.87 per issue) $34.44
    2 years (24 issues/$2.38 per issue) $57.12
    3 years (36 issues/$2.19 per issue) $78.84

    Postage and handling of $15 per year will be added to any subscription sent outside the U.S. Canadian subscribers will be charged $12 postage and handling, along with 6% of the subscription rate for GST.

    You can view a sample of the magazine on the product page. Highlights Hello™ magazine and all Highlights products are 100% guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will replace the product or refund your money.

  1. How can I make my payment?

    You can make a payment online by logging into customer service. You may also send a check, money order or credit card payment for your magazine subscription to the following address:

  2. How can I make an address change?

    There are several ways to change the address where Highlights Hello™ magazine will arrive.

    You can change your address online by logging into customer service.

    Or, you can send your name, your child's name, your old address and the new address to:

  3. I sent my check but I got another bill. What should I do?

    If your new bill arrived less than three weeks after you sent your check, they probably crossed in the mail and there's no need to worry. If the bill arrived more than three weeks later, you can check your Account Status to see the date of the last payment received or call us at 1-888-372-6433, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Eastern Time.

  4. How can I tell when my subscription to Highlights Hello™ magazine will expire?

    The expiration issue of the subscription is shown on the magazine label just above the child's name. Highlights Hello magazine will notify you when it is time to renew your subscription. You can also check your account status online.

  5. When will our first issue of Highlights Hello™ magazine arrive?

    Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for U.S. subscriptions, 6 to 8 weeks for Canadian subscriptions and 6 to 8 weeks for overseas subscriptions.

  6. My child is too old for Highlights Hello™ magazine?

    You may be interested in transferring your subscription from Highlights Hello Hello magazine to High Five™ magazine, which is designed for ages 2 to 6, or Highlights™ magazine, for ages 6 to 12. You may transfer your subscription by clicking here. You will be instructed to visit our Contact Us page to submit your request.

  7. What is your customer promotion/communication policy?

    Highlights has multiple product lines, of which our customers are not always aware. We may contact you to let you know about one of these exciting products. Also, we sometimes make our customer names and addresses available to other carefully screened companies whose products we believe might be of interest. Please be assured we do not release children's names. Customers who do not wish to receive such mailings can change their communication preferences using our Communication Preferences form.
