If the bill arrived more than three weeks later, you can check your Account Status to see the date of the last payment received or call us at 1-888-372-6433, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Eastern Time.

Back to QuestionsYes, you can change the name on the subscription. To submit the change online, log into your older child's account and then click on the "Change My Address" link. Fill out the form and then click the "Save My Changes" button.
You can also click here to transfer your subscription to High Five™ magazine, designed for ages 2 to 6, or Highlights Hello™ magazine, for ages 0 to 2. You will be instructed to visit our Contact Us page to submit your request.
