If it has been less than three weeks between the time you sent your check and you received the new bill, the check and bill probably crossed in the mail and there's no need to worry. If it was longer than three weeks, you can check your Account Status to see the date of the last payment received or call us at 1-800-255-9517, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
The expiration issue of the subscription is shown on the magazine label just above the child's name. Highlights will notify you when it is time to renew your subscription in plenty of time for you to reply before interrupting delivery.

Please allow 5 to 7 weeks to receive your first issue in the U.S., 6 to 8 weeks for Canadian subscribers, and 6 to 8 weeks for overseas subscriptions.

Yes, you can change the name on the subscription. You may request a name or address change from Customer Service using our contact us form.
Highlights has multiple product lines of which our customers are not always aware; we may contact you to let you know about one of our exciting products. Also, we sometimes make our customer names and addresses available to other carefully screened companies whose products we believe might be of interest. Please be assured we do not release children's names. Customers who do not wish to receive such mailings can change their communication preferences using our Communication Preferences form.
To discontinue a magazine subscription, please visit our Customer Service Contact page and submit an e-mail with your cancel request or call the Magazines Customer Service toll free number listed under the form.
Highlights magazine is for children from six to twelve years old. Each story and activity in Highlights is multi-leveled: a younger child can enjoy hearing stories, finding shapes, and thinking games, while an older child is learning more complex concepts, such as science, history, and math.
