JY Books, one of the leading Korean publishers of children's English education books, distributes carefully developed English-language materials from foreign publishers worldwide. By providing children with quality reading materials based on sound early-childhood educational principals and practices, JY Books helps Korea's children become successful readers.

Founded in Taiwan in 1998 to import and distribute kids' books from the US, Europe and Japan, RASS Language shifted to publishing EFL (Learning English as Foreign Language) materials for kids coupled with audio CD and animated DVD to create interest and fun. They are now a leader in this category with a market share of 30% in Taiwan, Hong Kong and mainland China.

In 2004, they developed and issued "Let's Find Out" e-learning series for kids aged 2-6 studying in kindergarten which was revamped and re-launched in 2009 to include "i-pen" as a learning aid.

In 2008 the head office was moved to Hong Kong and the company was renamed "Language House Publishing Company."

English Corner International was established in Hong Kong as a book-reseller, importing English titles from kindergarten through primary grades. In 2002, the company took over The Young Scientists magazine and established itself in Singapore as a subsidiary of English Corner International, Hong Kong.

In the past three years, the primary objective has been to ensure that magazines such as The Young Scientists and Highlights (which English Corner began distributing in 2008), continue to be great magazines that young children will enjoy and look forward to receiving each month. English Corner also distributes Mathmania puzzle books in English and licenses Hidden Pictures® puzzle books in Chinese language.
