Highlights High Five™ is our brand new magazine for preschoolers. High Five is designed to develop children's love of learning while satisfying their innate sense of fun.
Highlights High Five engages little ones with activities that promote discovery, creativity and imagination, all in a bright and colorful format sure to capture their attention.
Each month brings a new 40-page issue packed with puzzles, stories, games, and Hidden Pictures® that have been specifically created for kids aged 2-6. And, like Highlights, High Five contains NO ADVERTISING, so kids can focus on the simple fun of expanding their curious minds.

We are sorry, but at this time, Highlights High Five is only available for delivery within the United States. We hope to offer subscriptions to Canada in the near future.
- How can I make a payment?

- How can I make an address change?

There are several ways to change the address where High Five will arrive.
You can fill out the Change Name/Address Request Form to submit the change via e-mail. You will need the address where High Five is currently being sent and the new address.
Or send your name, your child's name, your old address, and the new address to:

- I sent my check but I got another bill. What should I do?

If it has been less than three weeks between the time you sent your check and you received the new bill, the check and bill probably crossed in the mail and there's no need to worry. If it was longer than three weeks, you can check your Account Status to see the date of the last payment received or call us at 1-866-814-7020, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
- When will my first issue of Highlights High Five arrive?

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your first issue.
- How can I tell when my subscription to Highlights High Five will expire?

The expiration issue of the subscription is shown on the magazine label just above the child's name. Highlights will notify you when it is time to renew your subscription in plenty of time for you to reply before interrupting delivery. You can also check your account status online.
- What if my child is too old for Highlights High Five?

You may be interested in transferring your subscription from Highlights High Five to the original Highlights for Children magazine, which is designed for ages 6 to 12. You may transfer your subscription by clicking here.
- What is your customer promotion policy?

Highlights has multiple product lines of which our customers are not always aware; we may contact you to let you know about one of our exciting products. Also, we sometimes make our customer names and addresses available to other carefully screened companies whose products we believe might be of interest. Please be assured we do not release children's names. Customers who do not wish to receive such mailings can either email us at profile@highlights.com, mail us with their name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, or use our Mailing Preferences online form.
- How can I cancel a subscription?

- Why are children's names not displayed on your website?
