- How can I make an address change?

There are several ways to change the address where Highlights will arrive. You can fill out the Change Name/Address Request Form to submit the change via e-mail. You will need the address where Highlights is currently being sent and the new address.

- I sent my check but I got another bill. What should I do?

If it has been less than three weeks between the time you sent your check and you received the new bill, the check and bill probably crossed in the mail and there's no need to worry. If it was longer than three weeks, you can check your Account Status to see the date of the last payment received or call us at 1-800-255-9517, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
- How can I tell when my magazine subscription will expire?

The expiration issue of the subscription is shown on the magazine label just above the child's name. Highlights will notify you when it is time to renew your subscription in plenty of time for you to reply before interrupting delivery.
You can also check your account status online.
- When will our first issue arrive?

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your first issue in the U.S., 6 to 8 weeks for Canadian subscribers, and 6 to 8 weeks for overseas subscriptions.
- My child is too old for Highlights. Can I change the subscription to go to my younger child?

Yes, you can change the name on the subscription. To submit the change via e-mail, simply fill out the Change Name/Address Special Request Form. Be sure to include both the older child's name and the younger child's name and click the "Change Recipient" button.
- What is your customer promotion/communication policy?

Highlights has multiple product lines of which our customers are not always aware; we may contact you to let you know about one of our exciting products. Also, we sometimes make our customer names and addresses available to other carefully screened companies whose products we believe might be of interest. Please be assured we do not release children's names. Customers who do not wish to receive such mailings can change their communication preferences using our Communication Preferences form.
- How can I cancel a subscription?

Highlights magazine is for children from six to twelve years old. Each story and activity in Highlights is multi-leveled: a younger child can enjoy hearing stories, finding shapes, and thinking games, while an older child is learning more complex concepts, such as science, history, and math.

Our prices, in U.S. dollars, are:
- 1 year (12 issues/$2.47 per issue) $29.64
- 2 years (24 issues/$2.07 per issue) $49.68
- 3 years (36 issues/$1.94 per issue) $69.84
Postage and handling of $12 per year will be added to any subscription sent outside the U.S. Canadian subscribers will be charged 6% of the subscription rate for GST.
- Can you send me a free issue so I can see if it's right for my child?
