Returns and Exchanges

We believe that shopping with Highlights should be a fun and positive experience. If for any reason you are not happy and wish to return an item, send it back for an exchange or refund of the product purchase price...your choice.

To return or exchange an item:

1. Enclose the product to be exchanged and a note to indicate the new product you wish to order in the package.

2. Carefully pack the merchandise in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.

3. Send the package to: Highlights Merchandise c/o Warren Industries, 2201 South Street, Racine, WI 53404.

4. Please insure the package for the merchandise's full price and retain all of your postal and insurance receipts.

5. When returning a gift, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver. Gift receipts are entitled to an exchange on non-refundable merchandise.

6. If damaged in shipment, save the merchandise and the package it came in. Please contact us for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
