Highlights for Children, Inc. is pleased to announce that Julie Gibbs has been named as Senior Vice President of Retail Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. In this newly created role, Gibbs will lead the Highlights retail business and focus on building brand awareness and reach in the marketplace and creating meaningful connections across business lines. The next phase of growth for the Highlights retail business will be focused on deeper channel development and audience growth.
Gibbs brings nearly 30 years of experience growing retail channels for large organizations such as EA (Electronic Arts), Universal Music Group, and THQ. Most recently, Gibbs was the Vice President of Global Sales for Square Panda. She is an also an accomplished innovator and entrepreneur, having developed and brought to market her own children’s product, the Tubby Table and Tubby Table toys.
