Automatic Renewal Details
Acceptance of Terms
After the purchase of a subscription, you may discontinue the automatic renewal feature at any time during that subscription term by contacting Highlights Customer Service at 1-888-372-6433. Unless you take action to cancel the automatic renewal feature for your subscription through our customer service department, Highlights will automatically charge the payment card listed in your account to renew your subscription at the then-current pricing. You agree to pay, using a valid payment card accepted by Highlights, all fees and charges, including applicable taxes and annual subscription charges for the subscription.
Automatic Renewal Details
Annual subscribers will be sent an email reminder notice, to the email address on file, before the expiration of your subscription term that alerts you to the upcoming subscription renewal charge. In the event Highlights cannot charge the payment card listed in your account, we reserve the right to end your subscription. If you are enrolled in an auto-renewing subscription, you must update your payment card information promptly to keep your account current, complete and accurate (e.g., for changes in your payment card number, billing address or expiration date). Changes to such information can be made by contacting Highlights Customer Service at 1-888-372-6433. If your payment card information is not current, complete and accurate, and you do not notify us promptly when such information changes, your subscription may be suspended or ended.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, Highlights will refund the remainder of your subscription fees on a pro-rata basis that will cover the unused months of your subscription. Partial months will not be refunded. Your subscription will expire on the next anniversary of your subscription date. Cancelling your subscription would end both your subscription and the automatic renewal of your subscription.
Cancelling Automatic Renewal
You may cancel the automatic renewal feature at any time by calling Highlights Customer Service at 1-888-372-6433. If, instead of cancelling your subscription, you only stop its automatic renewal, your subscription will expire on its next annual anniversary date.
