  1. How does having my students order Highlights products benefit me?
    You get a valuable gift for your classroom FREE just for introducing your class to Highlights publications. All Highlights products encourage reading, writing and thinking just for the fun of it. The stories, puzzles and activities help children build important learning skills they can use in school and beyond. Everybody wins!
  2. Why should parents choose to order Highlights products through the Highlights Classroom Rewards Program?
    Parents can take advantage of the exclusive offers available through the Highlights Classroom Rewards Program and help earn valuable materials for their child's classroom. If they order magazines, they will enjoy the lowest price available for a 1-year (12-issue) subscription, an offer available only through this program. Finally, parents will appreciate that Highlights products contain no advertising from outside companies, just solid, kid-friendly content from cover to cover.
  3. How can I encourage families to participate in this program?
    As soon as you receive your information about Highlights Classroom Rewards Program, be sure to tell parents about their great offer — and how taking advantage of it also helps your classroom! Sending at least one follow-up note to parents about the benefits of this offer often increases the number of responses.
  4. Which Highlights products are offered through the Highlights Classroom Rewards Program?
    Several Highlights magazines and puzzle book clubs are offered through this program. Keep an eye on your mail and email to see our latest offerings!
  5. How long will it take for my students to receive their orders?
    Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the time the order was placed.
  6. How long will it take to receive my free gift?
    Please allow 4 to 5 weeks from the time that we receive your free gift order.
  7. Will I automatically receive the featured gift that was shown in the program materials?
    To be eligible for the featured gift, you need a total of at least 5 verified "Yes" responses, but nothing will be automatically selected for you. If you want the featured gift, be sure to write in the item number on your Free Gift Order Form. Or, if you are ordering online, select it when you get to the gift order screen. Every year we offer great new classroom gifts based on feedback from teachers, along with favorite items back by popular demand!
  8. What documentation should I keep in case Highlights needs to contact me about my gift or student orders?
    If you responded through the mail, we recommend you keep your students' "Yes" responses and a copy of your Free Gift Order Form until you receive your gift. If you entered your orders online, we recommend you keep your students' "Yes" and "No" responses until you receive your gift. If you communicated with parents via email, we recommend you keep "No" responses until you receive your free gift. Also, please be sure to provide a valid email address when you place your order. If we have questions about your free classroom gift, we will need to resolve them through email before we can ship your gift.
  9. How can I tell if my gift is on back order?
    Next to "Quantity Ordered," you will see a column titled "B/O." If any quantity is shown in this column, the item is on back order.
  10. If my gift is on back order, how long will it be before I receive it?
    In the rare instance that your gift is on back order, restocking time will vary by item. Once we have the item back in our warehouse, it should reach you in 2 to 3 weeks. If your item will not be available within 4 to 5 weeks, we will ship you a substitute item of equal or greater value.
  11. What should I do if I want to order a subscription for each of my students?

  12. Can I order Highlights or High Five magazines for my classroom?
    Yes. For 15 or more copies of a single issue or for multiple subscriptions for your classroom, please email us at groupsales@highlights.com for information on discounted pricing or to place an order.
  13. Can I order multiple copies of Highlights puzzle books?
    Yes. Although we do not offer discounts on bulk puzzle book orders, we'd be happy to talk to you about how we can work within your budget to provide the products you need. Please call 1-800-962-3661 for more information.

  15. Are Highlights products and the Highlights Classroom Rewards Program available in Canada?
    No, they are currently available only in the U.S.
