To log in, you will need either your customer number and ZIP code, email address and ZIP code, or your mailing address. You will not need the recipient's account number.
If you are purchasing a new subscription, membership or toy, please visit our shop. It is not necessary to log in to your account first.

Locating Your Customer Number
A customer number for the recipient is highlighted in yellow as shown here. It can be used to change an address, but not for a bill payment.
Your account number appears on our invoices labeled “Customer #” and is highlighted in yellow on the example below. You will not be able to log in without the recipient’s #.
