Get your little ones in the holiday spirit with this family-friendly cardboard kinara craft. Check out Highlights Magazine for more family-friendly activities like this one!

You’ll need:
• Construction paper
• 7 cardboard tubes
• Cardboard strip
• Glue and/or tape
• Scissors
• Pen or marker

Instructions:
1. Glue paper around 7 cardboard tubes to make the candles.

2. Glue paper to a cardboard strip to make the base. Then glue or tape your “candles” to the strip.

3. Cut flames from construction paper. On each flame, write a fun activity for the family to do together. Place 1 flame inside each “candle.”

4. Throughout the holiday, pick flames and do those activities with your family.
