What To Do
  1. Cut two triangles from poster board.

  2. Cut 20 small circles and 2 large circles from cardstock.

  3. Glue 10 small circles to each triangle. Use markers to write a number on each and connect them, as shown.

  4. Write “Happy New Year!” on the large circles. Glue them to the top of the triangles. Decorate the party hats.

  5. For the spinner, cut an arrow from cardstock. Punch a hole in it. Cover the inside of a plastic lid with cardstock. Write “Move back one” on one quarter of the spinner. Write “Move ahead one” on the rest of the spinner. Attach the arrow to the center of the lid using a metal fastener.

How To Play

Each player places a pompom on number 10 on a party hat and takes turns spinning and following the instructions. Whoever reaches the large circle first wins!
