Nutritious breakfast? Anytime snack? Think smoothie! Begin with a banana, then build this blender treat with strawberries, yogurt and OJ. Strawberries out of season? Frozen work just as well as fresh. Yearning for the tropics? Sub pineapple juice for the OJ. Yum yum!

What You'll Need
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
What You'll Do
  1. Cut the banana into small pieces. Cut the strawberries in half.
  2. Put bananas, strawberries, yogurt and orange juice in the blender.
  3. Ask an adult to help blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. Pour and enjoy!
