What You'll Need: 

  • 12 cup diced sweet bell pepper 

  • 12 cup diced tomato 

  • 14 cup diced red onion 

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice 

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or parsley 

  • 12 teaspoon sea salt 

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Sweet Salsa

Put the ingredients listed above into a bowl. Stir in: 

  • 14 cup crushed pineapple, drained 

  • 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar 

  • 12 cup diced mango

Corny Salsa

Put the ingredients listed above into a bowl. Gently mix in: 

12 cup corn kernels 

12 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed 

• 1 finely diced garlic clove 

12 cup diced avocado 

• 1 teaspoon diced jalapeño pepper

Spicy Salsa

Puree the ingredients listed above with: 

12 cup roasted tomato puree 

• 1 finely diced garlic clove 

• 2 teaspoons diced jalapeño pepper

Stir in 

12 cup peeled and diced cucumber 

• A few drops of hot sauce (optional)
