What You’ll Need
  • ¼ cup canned black beans (or any variety)
  • ¼ cup guacamole
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons crushed tortilla chips
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • Plastic cup
  • Plastic spoon
What to Do
  1. Drain and rinse the beans.
  2. Put some tortilla chips into a zippered plastic bag. Crush with your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Spoon the ingredients into a plastic cup in this order: beans, guacamole, sour cream, tortilla chips, salsa, and cheese.
