Program Implementation Coordinator

Our Program Implementation Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties.  The ideal candidate can handle a variety of tasks, ranging from data-entry to product-related research, and originating from multiple sources. He or she also communicates well and works independently and efficiently on assigned projects.



Date entry, integrity, and reporting

  • Thorough and accurate entry of presenter and program information, session descriptions and other information into CRM and other databases.
  • Assist in the updating, distribution and filing of regularly scheduled and frequently used reports including session percentage report, seminar location city run report, event level demographic and session, post-event review data, P&Ls, etc.

Presenter Communication

  • Responsible for sending and tracking information with presenters including but not limited Letters of Understanding, Know Before You Go, 10 day Out emails and other standardized communications.
  • Disseminate and track mass presenter communications around short-term information needs such as AV and presentation room sets


  • Conduct general-level research, as directed, including school calendars, competitors programs and websites, state education initiatives, etc.
  • Complete assigned, specific, short term research projects as needed

Miscellaneous Administrative & Clerical Tasks

  • Provide administrative support to the Program Development team as needed


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years office experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive worker with the ability to work successfully independently and with a team
  • Excellent organizational  skills with an obsessive attention to detail 
  • Strong work ethics with the willingness to work hard and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Outstanding technology skills including Microsoft Office,  CRM, and CVENT
