Sr. Web Producer

The Sr. Web Producer, is responsible for resourcing creative and technology partners to address business requests for changes and additions to the eCommerce website.  This role would support web application systems and partner with the technology team on back-end data collection. This role is highly collaborative and works with internal teams including Operations, Creative, Marketing and Information Technology, plus external vendor partners.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent technology projects to increase site traffic, increase site conversion and execute tool adoption which will enable new capabilities on the site. This includes ideation, patterning, requirements gathering, documentation, alignment and approvals, testing, roll out and hindsighting.
  • Manage the scope and estimate of time for each web deliverable including the integration with multiple back-end systems.
  • Manage multiple concurrent business campaign projects which support Direct Mail and Digital Campaign Planning initiatives. This includes updating copy, media and other content to the website through Highlights content management system.
  • Model exceptional execution with clean and accurate deliverables from requirements documentation through deployment.
  • Take active role on large scale key projects which will drive the business (e.g. Replatform, PIM, Global Care, website template changes). Act as primary Subject Matter Expert from project start to completion.
  • Recommend website enhancements for consideration and to participate in any project prioritization discussions as needed.
  • Create detailed business requirements to be used for prototype and development requirements. Requirements will include information such as current state, proposed future state, annotated mocks, out of scope considerations, teams impacted etc.
  • Drive the day to day relationship management with third party vendors (SEO, A/B Testing, Personalization, Ratings, Web Platform etc)
  • Develop expertise in additional processes and skill sets which add value to the Consumer business
  • Drive the execution of requests across the Creative, Technology and Marketing teams.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to address requests efficiently.
  • Work in a team environment to brainstorm new ideas for driving e-commerce revenue through additional or new digital marketing channels. This includes recommending campaign adjustments to support relevant offers to customers across email and website experience, and new functionality on the site to support business priorities and customer needs.
  • Support Email Deployment Sr Associate as a back up as needed, and be fully able to execute email builds and deploys.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Four or more years related experience in e-Commerce or Technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Strong understanding of HTML.
  • Strong analytics skills and understanding of levers that drive profit in online channels.
  • Experience with CMS systems, such as Drupal and website A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or Monetate.
  • Knowledge of website structure and how Javascript and CSS are used to create web experiences.
  • Ability to write javascript and CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and Workflow systems such as JIRA and Workfront a plus.
  • Demonstrated critical eye for detail.
  • Ability to influence decision making across a variety of cross functional partners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a changing business environment.
